The brief
Build a portfolio and booking site for a real-estate photography studio where the work is the product and the imagery cannot be compromised.
The problem
A photography studio's site has to show high-resolution work at full quality, which is directly at odds with loading quickly. Compress too hard and the portfolio undersells the craft; compress too little and visitors leave before the gallery renders.

Technical challenges
High-resolution galleries that still load fast
Images are served through a responsive pipeline that delivers correctly sized variants per breakpoint in modern formats, with off-screen gallery items deferred until needed. Visitors on a large display get the full-quality work; visitors on a phone are not made to download it.
Booking without a quote-request dead end
Service packages are presented concretely enough that a prospective client can self-qualify before enquiring, and the quote form is attached to the package rather than sitting on a separate generic contact page.
Outcome
An image-first portfolio site where the gallery carries full-quality work through a responsive delivery pipeline, with package-attached quote forms replacing a generic contact page.
